Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-cut, fabricated, or made-to-order steel products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products showing signs of use or alteration

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
